Braumeister – Benjamin Keller

Benjamin Keller joins Hacker-Pschorr Bräuhaus in Xi’an from his last assignment at Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan. Having also worked at Qingdao Wyndham as brewmaster, Mr. Keller´s experience in Paulaner Bräuhaus Consult GmbH in Munich,Germany will be a valuable assets in driving performance and ensuring product quality at our Paulaner Bräuhaus.

His skill set is complemented by his 3 years apprenticeship as brewer and master at Radeberger Gruppe KG c/o Kölner Verbund Brauereien and followed by 4 years “Diplom Braumeister” degree studies in Technical University Berlin in Germany.

Now he is back in Beijing, delighting the guests of the Hacker-Pschorr Bräuhaus with freshly brewed beer.

Food and Beverage Manager: Wang Zhe, Iverson

Mr. Iverson Wang has over 14 years Food and Beverage experience in 5 star Luxury Hotel, like Shangri-la and Sofitel, specializing in F&B operation. 
He appointed as Food and Beverage Manager in Marriott Executive Apartments The Fairway Place – Xi’an in June 2015. Iverson has excellent performance in his career, implementing the hotel standards and enterprise culture, leading and training staff to satisfy the guests with most valuable and extreme experience. 
Now he takes responsibility for Hacker-Pschorr Bräuhaus in Xi’an, he and his team will follow the traditional Bavarian culture to let the guests feel the real German style life through excellent beer and delicious dishes.

Chief Chef: Zhao Wei, Tommy

Chef Tommy, who was born in Beijing, has been in hospitality industry for more than 20 years. He has a wealth of experience for western kitchen with good knowledge and strong operation. 

Tommy joined Hacker-Pschorr Bräuhaus Xi’an in Mar. 2015, with no doubt, Chef Tommy will delight the guests with delicious Bavarian cuisine.

Restaurant Manager: Yu Hui, Tom

Mr. Tom Yu, who comes from Beijing, has rich experience in wine knowledge. He works as The Lounge & Bar Manager for more than 10 years. Tom was appointed as Restaurant Manager for Hacker-Pschorr Bräuhaus Xi’an in Apr. 2015. 

With the joining of him, the guests will have a wonderful experience with excellent service which Tom and his team provided.
